PARADISE RIAD IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MEDINA. Location is perfect, 10 minutes walk from main square. The staff is amazing...made us feel very comfortable and helped with early breakfast almost everyday…. The riad is beautiful decorated with a modern and traditional touch. Only few rooms, few guests… it all feels quiet and private. We would recommend this riad to everyone!!

ENCHANTING OASIS. My stay at Riad Livia was absolutely delightful! The rooms are stunning, with a perfect 10/10 decor. The rooftop offers a relaxing sun-soaked retreat and a refreshing dip in the water. The neighborhood is charming, with friendly and helpful locals. The staff is very helpful and friendly too. I felt at ease straight away. I would gladly return for another stay!

FEEL LIKE ROYALTY. I spent a night at Riad Livia... and what a pleasure! The first that I felt was a warm tea welcome with the calmness of the space, totally contrasted with the chaotic city. I love details and the riad was full of them... the shampoos, creams.. the warm low lights... and later you have the wonderful terrace with little pool. All really beautiful. But the very best was the staff, really attentive and kind. Just wanna say thank you! 🙏🏻 -let's not forget the bathtub-

HAD A WONDERFUL AND RELAXING HOLIDAY HERE. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN. Great location. Mohammed and the team are so friendly and helpful. Felt really well looked after. The Riad has just five rooms and beautiful roof terraces and feels like a luxurious oasis after the hustle and bustle of central Marrakech. Highly recommended.

BEST PLACE TO STAY FOR A PERSONAL TOUCH, A OASIS OF PEACE IN THE MEDINA! The staff was amazing!! Super friendly! Hafid and Hafsa made us feel like home. The room was beautiful. The colors made us happy, as well as the birds in the morning. Very comfortable big bed to find peace in the night. Well balanced, delicious breakfast served on the rooftop, so we good take in the morning sun! The location was perfect for us, in a quiet ally, but still close to do everything on a walking distance - close to the medina.
There are no complains! We just loved it! See you next time:))

MADE US FEEL AT HOME. My partner and I recently stayed at Riad Livia and had an incredible experience. The staff, especially Mohammed and Hafsa, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Hafsa laid out an amazing dinner and decorated the rooftop table for my partners birthday on our first night. They were attentive, friendly, and truly made us feel at home. The riad itself was beautiful, I highly recommend Riad Livia for a fantastic stay in Marrakech. It's approximately 850m from the main square and you'll walk through some souks and markets streets on the walk to it.

5* STAY AT RIAD LIVIA. Everything from start to finish was exceptional. I don't think I've stayed anywhere with more incredible staff than Riad Livia, in particular Mohammed and Hafsa. They could not have been more helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay so great. The Riad itself is beautiful and kept immaculately clean. Just a short walk to the main square and surrounding souks. We will absolutely be returning.

BEAUTIFUL RIAD. Amazing service and extremely comfortable bed and room! We only stayed one night but wish it was longer. We drove and needed parking so if you are driving to the venue, message in advance and they will direct you via the best route.

A HIDDEN LUXURY. The hotel is in a slightly unassuming area but very close to the main market sqaure and lively traditional streets/shops. Very clean and the room and seating areas (particularly the rooftop) are lovely. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. They recommended us a qaud and dinner trip which turned out to be better than anything we could find online for the price

LIVIA IS THE BEST. We stayed in three different riads and, definitely, Livia is the best. Stunning rooms, amazing atmosphere, delicious breakfast and super lovely and kind staff. Location is perfect. Highly recommend. I will definitely come back

OUR NEW FAV IN KECH. Wonderful place you created in the heart of the Medina. I've been there for 3 days with my best girlfriend (...) we wanted to go in one of the Riad we already know as BE Marrakech, El Fenn..but since they were fully booked, we choose Livia cause we liked the pictures. At your place we found something which really exceeded our expectations. We really loved the room, the living area, the rooftop, the interiors, the furniture, the fabrics, the smell..everything was really great.

LE MEILLEUR RIAD DE MARRAKECH SANS DOUTE! Je vous recommande vivement ce Riad pour un beau et incroyable séjour à Marrakech. Le Riad Livia est très chaleureux, comfortable et moderne. Les chambres sont très belles et propres, et le petit déjeuner est très complet et délicieux. Mais la meilleure chose à propos du Riad est sans aucun doute l'accueil reçu de la part de Hafid et Mbarek. Ils ont fait en sorte que nous nous sentions mieux que chez nous et ont toujours été attentifs à nos besoins. Il y a probablement beaucoup de bons Riads à Marrakech, mais je suis sûre qu'il n'y en a aucun comme celui-ci. Je reviendrai certainement dans ce Riad car ma famille et moi l'avons adoré !

RIAD LIVIA IS A VERY CHARMING HOME IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MEDINA. The location was perfect for us, as it is located where the locals stay, so you get a perfect impression about the authentic life in the middle of Marrakech. To reach the Riad you have to walk a small little road (at night maybe a bit dark at the beginning, but you will get used to it). This little road is basically used from the people living there and some motorbikes, like all over in the Medina.. so you will get the true authentic feeling of what the Medina in Marrakech is like. We love that! Once you enter the absolutely nicely and with a lot of love decorated Riad, you will have a lovely cinnamon smell in your nose, your eyes will turn around and start to discover all this pretty little things around accompanied by some lovely vibes either in form of the water spring or of suitable music from the background. The staff is absolut wonderful. Communication before arrival was very friendly, helpful and always quick and all the very kind assistance of the most wonderful guy being there all the time (sorry I forgot your name 🙈) was incredible. Thank you sooo much for making our stay at Livia a most wonderful one! Well, our room was spacious, everything was just like on the photos, sparkles clean, and we felt very comfortable. The Riad itself, like I mentioned before, was very nice, especially the rooftop area with the pretty splash pool... It is wonderful to spend some time up there to start the day with a fresh made breakfast while sitting in the sun and hearing the birds sing. Also it is a wonderful place if you come back from a long day trip walking and discovering the Medina to relax a while and get refreshed for the evening. Or for watching the sun-set with a nice drink... All was perfect. We loved Marrakech and we loved Riad Livia😍. The lovely guy, which's name I forgot, added so much kindness, help and information that it was a most unforgettable time for my daughter & myself!
