We ask you to check out by 11:30 AM. After check-out, you are welcome to store your luggage with us, and you can also utilize the public areas of the riad.

LAUNDRY & IRON SERVICE
Not far from the riad, there is an excellent laundry and iron service available at a great price. We are happy to take your items there for you. Typically, we can pick them up after one day.

In each room, you will find a safe for your personal belongings. If you need assistance with the instructions, please don't hesitate to let us know.

Smoking including the use of “e-cigarettes” is only allowed on our rooftop terrace.

TRANSFER
We offer our private transfers 24/7 between Riad Livia and Marrakech airport, as well as to any other locations within Marrakech, for MAD220 (oneway). If you prefer something more adventurous, we can also organize a tuk-tuk for you. Feel free to inquire at the reception desk.

WIFI
We have excellent and super-fast WiFi throughout the entire riad.
