We had a phenomenal experience, the room was beautiful, super clean and comfortable. The staff is the best feature of the riad, they are all exceptional, friendly and a very sensitive sense of hospitality, The food is also great. We highly recommend this Riad.

Wow, wow, wow! What an incredible place with truly exceptional, attentive service. From the moment we arrived until the second we left, we were made to feel incredibly special. The breakfasts were outstanding, and the overall aesthetics of the riad are simply second to none. The location is perfect too - you can step straight out into the vibrant streets of the old town and walk to almost everywhere within 20–40 minutes. If you prefer, taxis and Uber are readily available and typically cost around 30–50 MAD to get anywhere else. We very rarely return to the same place twice, but we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Absolutely top marks- an easy five stars!

We had a wonderful experience at Riad Livia. The room was beautiful and spacious, with great attention to detail. Special praise goes to the staff, who were extremely kind and always available for any request, at any time. We were three girls, and in the evenings they even came to meet us at the taxi to walk us back to the riad. Highly recommended.

My family and I just got back from a week's stay at Riad Livia we have had the MOST AMAZING TIME. All the staff were so attentive and lovely making sure we always had everything we needed, organising taxis, making homemade lemonade, It was a week of pure luxury and you really get the sence that they all care about their jobs and the guests. The hotel is breathtakingly beautiful and smells divine with a wonderful relaxing atmosphere. We also dined at the hotel a couple of time's the tagines are the best we had the whole of our stay. Definitely book in for a massage at the hotel it was the best I've ever had. The only negative is we had to leave 😪 Thank you so much for everything

Plus que parfait ! Tout était parfait, le riad est magnifique avec une agréable odeur de fleur d'oranger. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, servi sur le rooftop très agréable. Nous avons pris le dîner le premier soir, pratique lorsqu'on arrive tard. C'était excellent et copieux ! La chambre est très belle, ainsi que la salle de bains. Des couvertures et le chauffage sont disponibles pour les fraîches nuits d'hiver. Le personnel est aux petits soins, tout le monde est très gentil. Je recommande vraiment ce riad.

This is a must for anybody wanting true Marrakesh authenticity deep in the working heart of the city. A beautiful Riad with exceptional staff, roof terrace and very comfortable rooms. Here you will be greeted by either Hafsa or Mohammed who are absolutely first class. Every hotel should have somebody as good as these people. Also our driver Yesin who always managed to get his vehicle down the difficult streets to collect or drop us off. First class experience all round.

Paradise in the middle of the medina. Location is perfect, 10 minutes walk from main square. The staff is amazing...made us feel very comfortable and helped with early breakfast almost everyday…. The riad is beautiful decorated with a modern and traditional touch. Only few rooms, few guests… it all feels quiet and private. We would recommend this riad to everyone!!

Best place to stay for a personal touch, a oasis of peace in the medina! The staff was amazing!! Super friendly! Hafid and Hafsa made us feel like home. The room was beautiful. The colors made us happy, as well as the birds in the morning. Very comfortable big bed to find peace in the night. Well balanced, delicious breakfast served on the rooftop, so we good take in the morning sun! The location was perfect for us, in a quiet ally, but still close to do everything on a walking distance - close to the medina. There are no complains! We just loved it! See you next time:))
